This is very pretty. I love the shapes and colors, very art-nouveau-y indeed! The background texture is great too.
But I notice there are a few places where the render seems a bit messed up. Look closely at the thin green lines... see how they look like sections of them are getting chopped out? I have come across this issue in some of my own fractals. I think they way to fix it is to make sure that you have "force Linear drawing method" checked on the render settings. If you already did that, or if that doesn't work, then the best way I have found to fix the chopped lines is to render large—like, 4000x4000 say, and then resize the image in photoshop.
Anyway, it's completely up to you whether you want to go through all that effort for the little chops. Just thought I'd say something.
I can not decide on mixture of chopsticks picking tulip bulbs and surrounded by lovely nouveau details is swirls I think we got everything in this image - Great coloring by the way !!! and the background texture it's like fine china

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
