Ultra Fractal

This was an experiment of sorts. I always make my own gradients, but this time I used one from a file created by someone else. I used four layers total for this image: three identical layers, with the identical gradient, where I simply rotated the gradient on each layer, and one slightly different layer with a different gradient. I didn't adjust the gradients, only rotated them. The image was looking a bit static, so I went playing in the merge modes. This is what I got.

for some strange reason, this has a very indonesian feel about it...a batik fractal, if you ask me...and definitely marvelous! and i love the bluish luminosities peppered throughout! bravo!!!!
